I completed a comprehensive user experience course via Springboard's online learning platform and chose to focus on the redesign of Pennsylvania Ballet's website and brand, an actual project at my agency. Over the course of several months, I spearheaded the UX effort on our team and managed all aspects of the process, including research, content strategy, visual design, and usability testing. The website is slated to launch summer 2017 and the complete presentation can be accessed here.
